Freshmen Orientation I 2008 =S

AH CCA Orientation =)

Noon- NYAA HQ to submit Gold Application
Evening- VJ Mass Dance @ Suntec! woots! =))
06: Grandma House
07: Sea Regret-ta (VJ Sea Carnival)
08: Lessons till 1725!!!

Then came the normal timetable:
MON- 1.55pm dismiss
TUE- 5.25pm dismiss- CCA aft tt (CIC!)
WED- 1.55pm dismiss- CCA aft tt (Infocomm!)
THU- 12.45pm dismiss
FRI- 12.45pm dismiss

THU and FRI seems to end early (earlier then sec skl times!) rite?
Nono!

11 Jan (Friday):
- Back to AHS for 'mini' class gathering

17 Jan (Thursday):
- JmS (Junior Meet Senior) session
- Buy Stuffs for OG!

18 Jan (Friday):
- Go PP with 08S64! (PS GIANT rox!)
- OG BBQ at night

19 Jan (Saturday):
- Scouts NYAA Discussion
- JtS JmS (Junior-Meet-Senior)

Hence, MONDAY is my most free day!

As most ppl should know, Thursday is the release of the O results.

So, I'm here to talk abt LIFE IN VJC!

I don't really like the orientation.
Self-proclaimed one of the best orientation in singapore.
It's fun. But when u have to stay in the hall and in the skl compound most of the time, it just makes you roll your eyes (at least I did..)
It was just Mass Dances, Cheers, Inter-OG Games, and MORE CHEERING. sian. =X
And the six mass dances were taught too fast, and so I cant really rmb all the steps on the day at suntec.

Oh. And it rained @ suntec.
Showers of blessings or the heaven is touched by us, whatever u say it..
But we cont'ed dancing.
And there was this AH cheering session.
Basically few of us went arnd the fountain, screaming "圣中, 圣中, ... " to gather ppl.
It eventually turned out to be like, "St John, St John"?
Anyways, we cheered our hearts out.
I went hoarse cheering.
Funny tt it didnt happen when I was cheering for VJ the past 3 days.
Did I ever cheer for AH when i'm IN AH?
Possibly no.

It's only when you leave that you miss.


Moving onto my Civics Group.

08S64!
They are all a nice bunch of ppl, except some who outcasts themselves.
Do all foreign scholars come to Singapore only to studystudystudy and have goodgoodgood results?
OK.. Back to the nice bunch of ppl.
On the first day, no one really knew each other.

There were frm:
- Cat High [4]
- VS [3]
- ACS(B) [1]
- ACS(I) [1]
- Cedar
- St Nicks
- TKGS

Inferences and Conclusions:
- More than half of my clsmates were frm SINGLE-sex skl..
--- Thus, more fascinated abt the opp sex.
- The Cat:Vic ratio = 4:3
--- Very rare tt VS
So my cls was supposed to be a unique one..

WOOTS!
And we went to PP last fri..
WOOTS! GIANT!!
So I suggested using the trolley. The gals were like in disbelief at first.
They eventually found tt it's really very practical:
